3 tire green manufacturing integration projects subsidized

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved 83 green manufacturing system integration projects.

This batch of projects involves energy conservation, emission reduction, energy conservation, etc. The lead unit of 3 projects is tire related companies.

Among them, “R&D and integrated application of key technologies and equipment for green manufacturing of rubber tires” was led by Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd.; “Multi-scale green tire life cycle design center” was led by Chengshan Group Co., Ltd.

In addition, “The Key Process Breakthrough and System Integration of Green Manufacturing in the Western Chemical Industry” was led by Ningxia Land Recycling Development Co., Ltd. The company is building the largest tire production project in the northwest region - the China Tire Project.

It is understood that according to the green manufacturing system integration work procedure, when the above-mentioned project is approved by the central government, the subsidy standard shall be determined according to the total investment of the project and the start-up capital shall be issued. After the project is completed and passed the acceptance, it will release the follow-up subsidy funds.

It is reported that after all funds for each project are in place, it is expected to receive around 30 million yuan of state support funds.

At the end of 2016, in order to strengthen the concept of green development and speed up the implementation of “Made in China 2025”, relevant government departments issued a financial support policy for the integration of manufacturing systems to promote the construction of green design platforms and the construction of a green supply chain system.
