2. Working principle The working principle of DGS type high frequency vibrating fine screen is different from that of general screening machine. 4. Application examples

2 The classification efficiency is generally 35 to 45%, and the highest is only 45 to 50%. There are still -200 mesh in the cyclone grit, accounting for 30 to 35% of the product entering the ball mill and grinding.
3 The cyclone concentration of the cyclone is low, only 60-65%, sometimes only 50-55%, which affects the improvement of the second-stage grinding efficiency. [next]
In 1984, the high-frequency vibrating fine screen was installed in the concentrating plant according to the magnetic separation 5 series two-stage grinding grading circuit shown in the figure below.
