Milling test

1. Preparation before commissioning (1) Check the dryness and insulation of the motor, and test the test without running the mill. (2) Detailed inspection of the fastening of the fasteners. (3) Wash and fill all lubrication parts. (4) Check that the sealing devices at each seal meet the quality requirements. (5) Install and inspect whether the various protective devices are complete and reliable. (6) Carry out empty grinding (no medium, no material), check whether the grinding machine and other bodies are in contact with or collide with other objects, and whether there is abnormal sound. 2. After the empty load test is confirmed by the empty grinding disc, the empty load (no grinding, no feeding) test can be carried out. The empty load test should meet the following requirements. (1) The lubrication is normal and there is no oil leakage. (2) The humidity of the main bearing must not exceed 50 °C. (3) The mill works smoothly and the gear has no abnormal noise. (4) There is no looseness in the lining and transmission parts. (5) There is no significant change in energy consumption, and continuous operation for more than 8 hours, no abnormal accident occurs. 3. Load test can be carried out after the load test is completed. The load test should meet the following requirements: (1) Install the steel ball and material of 20%-30% of the specified load before the operation. 10 hours, 10% after every 30 minutes after normal, until continuous operation for 10-20 hours under full load and normal feed conditions. (2) The grinding machine works smoothly without sharp periodic vibration and slight impact sound. (3) The motor current fluctuates within the allowable range, and the temperature rise is below the allowable temperature rise. (4) The lubrication and lubrication are normal, and the temperature of the main bearing is not more than 50 °C. (5) There shall be no leakage, leakage or oil leakage in each seal.
