The jig is the earliest application in China, basically modified by the Denver type jig. The structure and dimensions of the equipment are shown in Figure 1 (South Heavy Production). The machine itself consists of four parts: the frame, the transmission mechanism (including the diaphragm), the jigging chamber and the pyramidal bottom box. There are two jigging rooms, and the materials are sorted by each room before entering the second room. The water flow in each chamber is pushed by the diaphragm provided on the side. The diaphragm is elliptical and is connected to the body by a rubber film around it to seal the water. The eccentric transmission mechanism above the diaphragm drives the diaphragm up and down by the rocker arm. A water supply pipe under the screen is provided below the diaphragm chamber, and the amount of water added is controlled by a valve.
The side-by-side diaphragm jig is currently only produced in China with the LTP-32/2 type and has only one specification. Its characteristics are that the bed is relatively stable, the sorting effect is better, the diaphragm and the transmission device are on the side of the jigging room, and the maintenance is convenient, but the floor space and equipment quality are greater than other jigs of the same specification, and the power consumption is also slightly higher. . It is suitable for sorting metal ore, used for roughing operations and the selection of appropriate particle size sorting 0.1 ~ 12mm.
China's manufacturers of such jigs mainly include Nanzhong, Ningde City Gravity Selection Plant, Yanye, Long Mine and Ninghua Mining Machinery. The technical performance of the jig produced by Nanzhong is listed in the following table, the external dimensions are shown in Figure 1, and the basic diagram of the installation is shown in Figure 2.
The jig is a fixed sieve type, which is divided into left and right types. There are two types of ore discharge methods: upper sieve discharge and lower sieve discharge. The figure shows the structure of the upper discharge mode and the lower sieve. The screen and related parts should be eliminated in the structure of the mine.
