Mixing Criteria for Selection of Mixer
The type of mixer is dependent on many factors some are as follows but these are not limited to the following:

• Characteristics and nature of product, additives and mixed material characteristics and flow ability.

QUANTUM Paddle Mixers
The QUANTUM Paddle Mixer is unsurpassed for its FAST, THOROUGH BLENDING. Curved, adjustable paddle blades combine a scooping and lifting action with a unique [criss-cross" blending pattern to assure a complete uniform blend for partial batches as well as full batches.
Unlike conventional Ribbon Blenders, which tend to be slow and do not allow for blending of partial batches.
Thorough Clean-Out and Positive Discharge, this is achieved with the paddle blades being curved to conform to the contour of the mixing chamber and installed to allow a close tolerance with the mixer shell. This close tolerance assures a thorough clean-out of the chamber and a positive discharge.

From January to June, the total profit of the industry fell by 19.85% year-on-year, down by 22.77% from January to April. On the export side, despite the cooling down of the entire CNC cutting machine tool market, in the first half of this year, the numerically-controlled machine tool industry achieved an import and export volume of 12.576 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 5.01 percent over the previous year, and an import value of 3.336 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 36.2 percent. The export value reached US$9.24 billion, an increase of 36.9% over the same period of the previous year, and achieved a trade surplus of US$5.9 billion, which was an increase of US$4.38 billion compared to the same period.
In 2012, the peak period of domestic imports occurred in March and May, which was roughly the same as in previous years. The low level of domestic exports occurred in February of this year. Today, the entire CNC machine tool industry is in a period of continuous low tide, and it is not easy for a good watch in the field of import and export. According to the forecast of the CNC Machine Tool Industry Association, the export growth in 2012 will reach about 30%.
