Product Description

Double work position centrifugal cylinder casting machine is composed of two main engines, a set of mobile auxiliary machine working platform, a set of automatic pouring device, casting tubes conveying device, and electric control system, etc. The two main engines work coordinately with auxiliary machines, while the pouring system performing automatic pouring work to the two main engines on a time division basis.
The main engines is in horizontal supporting wheel structure, and its speed is frequency conversion regulating. The auxiliary machines are compactly arranged on one mobile platform. The mobile platform moving and spraying vehicle both adopt servo driving method. The whole machine has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth movement, and high degree of automation.
The control system adopts PLC control system to control the actions of main machines and auxiliary machines, and the speed regulating process of the supporting wheels of the main machines. The variable speed regulating system is composed of AC frequency conversion motor and AC frequency conversion speed regulator. By adopting imported AC frequency converter, the system has a characteristic of low speed and high torque, and being smooth in speed control and wide in the speed range. The touch screen can monitor the working condition of the centrifugal casting machine and display the pouring process parameters, as well as the fault alarm information of the machine. The control system has two working methods, manual and automatic methods.

Mould cooling and temperature measurement devices for main engine
1 Every engine is fitted with separate cooling channel which could cool down mould, solenoid valve and manual flow control valve evenly.
2 Every main engine is equipped with three infrared thermometers measuring temperatures of head, middle and tail sections respectively. Protective devices are installed on the thermometer.

 Electric control system
Electric control system is mainly composed of frequency conversion, servo driver, PLC, touch screen, control cabinet, LV electric component, buttons, indicator lights etc.
 1 The PLC is adopted as lower controlling computer and the 10.4 inch color touch screen is used as the upper monitoring computer in the control system, thus to achieve stepless revolution control of main machine, automatic cooling control, movement positioning and automatic speed control of auxiliary machine, working status and technological parameter (i.e. revolution, cooling time, etc.) monitoring of main machine, as well as position and speed parameter setup and modification of the auxiliary machine. The parameters like speed and position during the whole operation of the machine can be automatically programmed from the touch screen, thus to satisfy automatic production.     
 2 The technological parameters for no less than 20 kinds of castings are stored in touch screen and can be extracted conveniently.
 3 The control system provides manual and automatic control modes that can be shifted to each other as per requirements. The manual mode is used for machine adjustment, while the automatic mode is for normal operation.
4 Each main machine can be shifted to off-line/on-line status during operation.
5 The control system is furnished with perfect safety measures like interlock, over-heat and over-load protection, in order to ensure its safety and uninterrupted production.
6Electrical control boxes are equipped with air conditioners.

 Spray coating device:
1The spray coating trolley is driven by a servo motor through rack and pinion mechanism. The advancing speed is 200 ~ 300mm/s, and the reversing speed is 50 ~ 200mm/s during spray coating work.
2The spraying speed and distance within a single journey can be divided into four adjustable sections.
3The air supply line is equipped with air pressure stabilizing tank, which can supply the spray pressure. The air pressure stabilizing tank is installed on the mobile platform;

Cast tube conveying device
The cast tube when pulled out will be sent to the conveying belt that stretches from the tail of the auxiliary machine for 3000mm. At the end of the conveying belt, there provides the detection device for existence of cast tube and also the cast tube overturn mechanism. Therefore, once detected its presence, the cast tube will be automatically turned over onto the cooling device (supplied by the buyer).

A chopper is a type of motorcycle that is either modified from an original motorcycle design ("chopped") or built from scratch to have a unique hand-crafted appearance.
