Hydraulic Nc/Cnc Press Brake Bending Machine

This CNC press brake is designed limiting limit elements analyzing and optimization made of entirely steel structure. Using libration effort to eliminate inner stress, make machine stable and reliable.
A built-in mechanical limit stop assures accurate positioning of slipper, ensure the repeat positioning accuracy of slider.

Can select deflection compensation tie tray, deflection plate and bench, ensure the straightness of work piece.
On the two ends of tweaking spindle and high precision (K model) conicity center fixing ball bearing is equipped.

Beside the workbench T- type groove is set, which is convenient for front material rack moving, and is used to fix short down die

CNC hydraulic press brake 's back gauge support clings to machine, increase the maximum width and stability that work piece processing through.

Manual pumps is equipped on wallboard inside, easy to operate, to ensure the lubrication of key parts.

Hydraulic system has a pressure back function, when the pressure reaches a certain amount, slipper will return automatically.

CNC press brake's numerical control system adopts DELEM, ESTUN and Hongkong SanYuan such manufacturers, configure with import servo motor, ball screw and so on.

Delivery & package :
Packed in plastic film and fixed in the container .
