Domestic BMW Shenyang Plant Unveils Unveiled Annual Production Capacity of 30,000 Units

Yesterday morning, the BMW Brilliance Shenyang plant was officially unveiled, and the Shenyang plant will produce 30,000 BMWs annually. Through ISO9001 certification, Professor Li of the China Quality Certification Center yesterday issued a certification with the international ISO9001 system to the BMW Brilliance Shenyang plant, which means that the Chinese-made BMW has reached international requirements. Dr. Hemut Punker, chairman of BMW Group, said that their factories in other parts of the world also follow this standard of international certification. In each manufacturing process, appearance and function items are tested. Therefore, BMW produced in China is a top quality product. Next year, the company will invest 450 million euros in the unveiling ceremony. Dr. Hemut Punker, chairman of BMW Group in Germany, pointed out that the Chinese sedan factory and the BMW joint venture company jointly manufacture the plant. Chinese and foreign parties each hold 50% of the equity of the joint venture company. By 2005, the project investment will reach 450 million euros. At the same time, the resources of the two automobile manufacturing companies were effectively supplemented. This is the first outcome of the new model of joint venture production between China and Germany. There is no new model for domestic production. Dr. Hemut Punk said: BMW's model update cycle is 7-8 years. At present, the board of directors has not planned to produce new models in China this year. BMW 3 series and 5 series will be the main products of the Shenyang plant in the future. This is the board of directors' strategy for automobile sales in the Asia Pacific region. However, the new BMW 7 series will land in China next year through the auto show. This will be the date when the BMW Group launches new models in China.

Welding Rod

Tubular tungsten carbide welding rods are a type of welding consumable used for hardfacing applications. They are made by filling a tubular steel rod with a mixture of tungsten carbide particles and a binder material.

The tungsten carbide particles provide exceptional hardness and wear resistance, making them suitable for applications where the welded surface needs to withstand high levels of abrasion, erosion, or impact. The binder material helps to hold the tungsten carbide particles together and facilitate the welding process.

Tubular tungsten carbide welding rods are typically used in industries such as mining, construction, oil and gas, and agriculture, where equipment and machinery are subjected to harsh operating conditions. They can be used for hardfacing various components, such as drill bits, crusher hammers, wear plates, and cutting tools.

The welding process for tubular tungsten carbide rods is similar to other types of welding, such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). The rods are typically welded using a high heat source, such as an electric arc, to melt the rod and create a strong bond with the base metal.

Overall, tubular tungsten carbide welding rods are a popular choice for hardfacing applications due to their exceptional hardness and wear resistance properties. They help extend the lifespan of equipment and machinery, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
