1. CS-1 electromagnetic induction roller magnetic separator CS-1 electromagnetic induction roller magnetic separator is a two-roll wet magnetic separator developed in China. It has been successfully used in the production of manganese ore and iron ore. The structure of the aircraft is shown in Figure 1. The two electromagnet cores and the two induction rollers are symmetrically arranged in parallel, the four magnetic poles are connected at the ends of the two cores, and the induction roller and the magnetic pole form a "â–¡"-shaped closed magnetic circuit. The gap between the two inductive rollers and the four pole heads constitutes four sorting zones. The maximum magnetic field strength can reach 1488 kA/m. The technical performance of the magnetic separator is listed in Table 1.

The 4ÐBM-38/275 magnetic separator is a newly developed large 4-roll magnetic separator. It has two shapes, A and 。. The A type machine is shown in Figure 4. The electromagnetic magnetic system (see Fig. 5) is composed of a core 4, a coil 7, a magnetic pole head 6 connected to the iron core, and four rollers 5. The magnetic system has three flux closed loops. Each loop is closed by 4 corresponding sorting zones. The cross-section parameters of the magnetic separator sorting zone are designed according to the narrow feed size of 4~1 mm and ~0.1 mm (see Figure 5, c).    Second, the Jones type wet magnetic separator
The modern Jones-type wet magnetic separator is characterized by the use of a multi-layered plate-shaped magnetic medium and a magnetic circuit formed by a sorting turntable. This magnetic separator is suitable for processing fine-grained (1~0.03 mm) weak magnetic materials. 1. ShP type magnetic separator The structure of the ShP type magnetic separator manufactured in China is shown in Fig. 6. Two C-type electromagnets and two turntables with sorting boxes form a closed magnetic circuit, which produces a high gradient magnetic field of about 1.5 deg in the tooth gap of the sorting box. The slurry is fed into the sorting box from the upper portion, and the magnetic particles are sucked on the tooth plate; the non-magnetic particles are discharged from the lower portion of the sorting box. When the sorting box is turned to the magnetic neutral point, the magnetic product is washed out with high pressure water.

2. Jones magnetic separator The structure of Jones magnetic separator produced by West Germany Humbold Company is shown in Figure 7. The magnetic structure is characterized by a cooling system using a fan; aluminum wire coil (wide aluminum) wound; magnetic design Laid about 1.2 in. 3. ÐPΦM series magnetic separator The Soviet Union developed the ÐPΦM series magnetic separator. The structure of the 2/2ÐPΦM-160 magnetic separator is shown in Figure 8. The machine is characterized in that the turntable is subjected to a single-sided magnetic force; the magnetic circuit is closed by a part of the turntable and the sleeve. This magnetic circuit structure greatly reduces the weight of the magnetic separator. The technical performance of the ÐPΦM machine is listed in Table 5.

  Third, ring magnetic separator
1. SQC-6-2770 Magnetic Separator SQC-6-2770 Magnetic Separator is a wet strong magnetic separator developed in China. It has been used in ore processing plants to treat ore such as hematite and limonite. The structure of the machine is shown in Figure 9. The machine features ring-type closed magnetic circuit, coiled hollow wire winding, low-voltage high-current power supply, water cooling coil and tooth plate for sorting medium. The magnetic structure is shown in Figure 10. There are 6 mine points in the whole machine to form 6 independent sorting systems. The technical performance of the magnetic separator is listed in Table 6.
