First, we need to understand how the horn of the road sweeper works. When the driver presses the steering wheel or the horn button in other positions, the current from the battery leads to the electromagnetic coil of the relay that is connected to the horn. The electromagnetic coil of the road sweeper will attract the closing of the relay's moving contacts. The final current will flow to the horn. The current of the road sweeper will make the horn's internal electromagnet work, which will make the diaphragm. The vibration finally made a sound.  

Based on years of driving experience, most road sweeper horns are in trouble, but many problems are due to the failure of the vehicle's horn itself, and some of the loud horns are installed at the time of installation. There will be some design flaws. Of course, the common fault location of the road sweeper is probably three places. The first is the situation of the road sweeper horn, followed by the horn wiring harness and the contacts of the switch. 1. If the horn switch of a street sweeper has a squeaking and sometimes no ringing, most problems occur when the internal contact of the switch has a poor contact.

2. The noise produced is relatively scratchy, which is caused by poor joints on the plug, especially for each contact around the steering wheel of the road sweeper . Because of long-term use, the contact wear is relatively easy to form.

3. If I press the horn and I don't have any sound, then I should check if the fuse has blown. Then unplug the horn plug of the road sweeper. Use a multimeter to carry the vehicle. Look at the horn switch of the vehicle. Is there electricity at the office? If there is no electricity, then continue to check the next horn relays and wiring harness, if this place is charged, it is clear that the speaker itself is a failure. You can try to adjust the adjusting nut on the lower speaker, and if it doesn't ring, replace it with a new one.
