This technology is the advanced technology of the new generation of nuclear security and anti-explosive equipment. Among them, the γ-ray three-dimensional imaging system has for the first time solved the problem that the existing imaging system can not accurately calibrate the radioactive contamination area, providing an effective and reliable basis for the subsequent disposal of radioactive pollution; the use of parcel explosives detection technology The advanced fast neutron accompanying particle detection technology has enabled the rapid detection of hidden explosives in suspicious parcels and improved the anti-terrorism discharge efficiency.
It is understood that this project is the first major research project undertaken by the Beijing Atomic Energy Research Institute.
