The notice request also proposed that the scale effect should be outstanding. The scale of waste steel processing demonstration projects is not less than 200,000 tons/year, the scale of waste non-ferrous metal recycling demonstration projects is not less than 100,000 tons/year, and the scale of waste plastics and waste tires comprehensive utilization demonstration projects is not less than 100,000 tons/year. The scale of other industrial demonstration projects is not less than 50,000 tons/year.
