Through various methods such as holding special meetings, and listening to the opinions of local authorities, major production companies, testing agencies, and experts on the basis of a wide range of functions, the division of work in accordance with the functions of vehicle announcement management, combined with the current “Special Vehicle and Trailer Manufacturing Enterprises and Product Access Management Rules and other types of vehicle access management methods, taking into account the trailer products and the special (hanging) vehicle products are closely related, and its vehicle structure, production methods and other characteristics similar to the semi-trailer, research and development of the "About the whole Trailer product implementation notice (hereinafter referred to as "notice") of the "Announcement" management matters,

The "Notice" included the trailer product into the management scope of the "Announcement" of the vehicle and defined the inspection items and standards of the trailer product. The "Notice" was issued on July 12, 2012 and will be officially implemented from September 1, 2012.

The issuance and implementation of the "Notice" will help improve the safety performance of trailer products, standardize the order of competition in the trailer market, and promote the technical progress and transformation and upgrading of trailer manufacturers.
