First, the folding belt vacuum filter
The belt-type vacuum filter was developed on the basis of a cylindrical vacuum filter. In addition to the cylinder, the slurry tank and the agitator, the components of the components include a cleaning tank, a branching, a tensioning roller, a guiding roller, a washing water pipe and the like.
The filter cloth of the folding belt filter is not fixed on the cylinder body, but is taken out from the cylinder body by a plurality of rollers, bypasses the discharge roller, and then passes through the tension roller and the guide roller to return to the cylinder surface, forming A ring of tape. During the working process, the section of the filter cloth that is in contact with the cylinder rotates together, which can prolong the life of the filter cloth. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.

The slurry is fed into the feed trough, and the solid material is adsorbed on the filter cloth and rotates together with the cylinder. After the filter cloth leaves the slurry surface of the slurry tank, the adsorbed filter cake continues to be sucked and dehydrated. When the filter cloth runs to the separation (split) roller, the filter cloth changes the running direction due to the small radius of the roller, causing the filter cake to break and continue to run to the discharge roller. The filter cake falls off to the row due to gravity. Mine chute. The filter cloth is rinsed with water before returning to the cylinder surface. The cleaning solution is taken away by the cleaning tank and returned to the concentrator. After the filter cloth is wound from the top of the guide roller, it returns to the cylinder surface and starts the next working cycle.
The folding belt filter is suitable for dewatering materials that are finely sticky and not easy to settle. The equipment has good working performance. The working area of ​​the equipment is large, the regeneration condition of the filter cloth is good, the self-weight is unloaded, the blasting facility is not needed, the residual filtrate is not blown into the filter cake phenomenon, and the service life of the filter cloth is improved. However, it is required to have a higher concentration of ore, preferably kept above 60-70%, otherwise the dehydration efficiency will be relatively reduced. After Chaihe lead zinc ore substituted cylindrical vacuum filter with a 20 m filter off, an average of 2-4 times the filtration efficiency, cake moisture of 14-17% to 11%, the viscosity of fine flotation process At the time of mining, the filter cake moisture is still not higher than 11.5%. When processing loose materials, the filter cake can be completely peeled off when the thickness is 2 mm. When processing the flotation concentrate, when the thickness of the filter cake is above 8 mm and the moisture is 25-27%, 40-50% of the material after the filter cake is broken can fall off by itself. When passing the discharge roller, only 5-10% of the filter cake can not fall off by itself; if the cake thickness is above 10 mm and the moisture is below 25, the filter cake will be completely removed.
The disadvantage of this equipment is that the filter cloth is easy to run and pleated during operation, and should be prevented during installation and operation. The structure is more complicated. The water consumption is large when cleaning the filter cloth.

Second, the rope type vacuum filter
The belt filter is a type of continuous rotary vacuum filter. The equipment differs from the belt filter in the belt and the discharge roller. The nylon cord is equidistantly wrapped around the drum and the discharge roller that are covered with the filter cloth. The cord rotates with the drum. The filter cake adsorbed on the filter cloth is separated from the surface of the drum and the surface of the drum (similar to the operation of the belt filter), and starts to fall off. The rope further carries the filter cake to the discharge roller, and the filter cake is detached by its own weight by means of a change in the direction of movement of the rope.
The cord filter has the following points:
(1) The filter cloth is not easily blocked. Relying on the rope to discharge, without using a scraper, the filter cake will not directly rub against the filter cloth, so the filter cloth is not easy to block.
(2) Elimination of blast facilities, saving power and investment. At the same time, the filtrate does not flow back into the filter cake, and the dehydration efficiency is high.
(3) The traveler of the outer filter filter bundling filter cloth and other attachments are eliminated, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
(4) Saving filter cloth. The blast and scraper were removed, reducing the chance of damage to the filter cloth. In addition, the filter cloth can be replaced in sections so that the entire filter cloth is not discarded due to partial damage.
The structure of the rope filter is shown in Figure 2.
The cord vacuum filter can be used to process a variety of materials that can be handled by conventional vacuum filters. It is especially suitable for the treatment of pulp with finer material content, lower concentration and higher viscosity.
