The hydrocyclone has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, has low equipment costs, large production capacity, and small floor space. The device itself has no moving parts and is easy to operate and maintain. However, since it requires pressure to supply the ore, the ore pressure must be kept stable. Therefore, when dynamic pressure is applied to the mine, the power consumption is large.
