3) Second-choice process: The second selection was put into operation in 1973 to treat the shaft furnace roasting ore. The original design used a continuous grinding magnetic separation process. After a long period of production adjustment and process improvement, production indicators have increased year by year. The main technical improvements are:
1. The production capacity of the secondary classifier is insufficient, which limits the production capacity of the grinding surface. It is long-term at about 100t/(tai.h), and the ¢1m hydrocyclone is used instead of the secondary ¢3m double-helical sunken classifier. The ball mill capacity has increased by 20t/(unit.h), but the design specifications have not yet been reached.
2. In order to improve the concentrate grade, fine screen regrind technology is adopted. The technical indicators before the transformation (average index from 1974 to 1977) are: original ore grade 29.33%, concentrate grade 60.29%, tailing grade grade 12.45%, recovery rate 72.53% The technical indicators after the transformation are: the original ore grade is 29.73%, the concentrate grade is 62.25%, the tailings grade is 9.70%, and the recovery is set at 79.34%.
3. In 1982, the No. 4 and No. 5 systems were changed to the stage grinding magnetic-re-election process. In the past few years, the production practice has proved that the production index has been slightly improved, and the consumption of electric energy, secondary steel balls and linings has decreased significantly. The second selection process is shown in the following figure:
