The screen surface of the roller screen consists of a plurality of parallelly arranged roller shafts on which the sieve trays are staggered. The rollers are rotated by a sprocket or a gear, and the direction of rotation is the same as the direction of material flow. In order to loosen the layer of material on the screen to facilitate sieving, the shape of the sieve tray is eccentric and profiled. To prevent the material from getting stuck in the screen shaft, a safety device is installed. The roller screens are all seated, with the left and right transmissions, and the belt pulleys and the belt wheels. The pulleys can be moved on the rails.
Roller Screen is a relatively old-fashioned and backward screening equipment, complicated structure, heavy, are being phased out, replaced by a multi-metal mine heavy shaker, but some of the old coal sector and other users are also accustomed to using this equipment. At present, there are four kinds of roller screens commonly used in China, which are produced by the saddle mine. Kunzhong also produces a small number of roller screens. In recent years, Wuhuan Mine has produced a BRS-type thick-rolled roller screen with advanced performance. Roller screens are mainly used in coal, metallurgy, building materials and other industrial sectors to classify non-metallic materials such as raw coal, coke , limestone, etc., and can also be used as a washing machine or feeder.

Working principle: Since the screen axes are arranged according to different working angles, the speed is faster when the material is running at a higher working angle; when the material is running at a lower working angle, the speed is gentler. The materials of the two woods running at the same speed start to move axially when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, so that the materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the screening efficiency.
Performance characteristics: The screen is a one-to-one structure, that is, each shaft has an independent drive system, which can be interactive or independently adjustable, and is generally not prone to blockage. In the event of a device failure, each screen axis and system can send an alarm signal and enable the device to automatically switch to bypass or shutdown (program according to field operation).
Scope of application: Feeding particle size ≤300mm, discharge particle size ≤30mm.
