A piston is installed at each of the four wheels of the car. The four pistons push the tire up and down through the hydraulic device, simulating the bumpy road conditions in reality. In the elastic dynamic test process, the capacitive tread pressure sensor can collect the subtle change data of the tread performance in the simulation test, and capture high-resolution images through relevant equipment; while the traditional tire tread test method can obtain high resolution. The pressure curve system detects tread changes at frequencies of 220 Hz with nearly 2,000 sensing elements distributed on the tread.
