Reasonable process flow and economic and technical indicators provide reference for mine development and utilization.
After receiving the test sample, the tester first carried out the rock ore identification of the ore of the iron ore, and initially found that the rock deposited by the iron ore was a basic complex. Synchronous crystallization and melting of iron ore and basic complex rocks is the magnetite mineralization and mineralization of the magma crystallization during the magma, which belongs to the magma genetic type related to the basic complex. Due to the late weathering and hydrolysis, the ore suffers from a considerable oxidation, and a large amount of magnetite has been limonated, and then under the surface leaching, a secondary rich ore of amorphous colloidal iron oxide is formed. Due to the presence of these amorphous colloidal iron oxides, inevitably will affect the beneficiation index.
The main iron mineral of the Suxian iron ore mine in Shanxi is red limonite, containing a small amount of magnetite and hematite. For the nature of the ore, three processes are used for testing, namely: (1) weak magnetic-strong magnetic process Process; (2) re-election process; (3) magnetization roasting magnetic separation process. After comparison of the test data, it is finally recommended that the iron ore is suitable for the magnetic roasting magnetic separation process, which can obtain 62.64% of the iron concentrate grade and 71.26% of the iron recovery rate.
