I. Detection of heavy ore and concentrate

The ore processing and concentrate are quantitative indicators of the ore dressing plant and require accurate measurement. There are many measurement methods, which are mainly determined according to the ore particle size and transportation mode. Most concentrators have installed electronic belts on the ore belt of the grinding machine, or the electronic belt is called an automatic instructor, and the error is required to be no more than 2% . Therefore, the belt scale should be checked frequently.

The small concentrator mostly scrapes a certain length of ore on the ore belt of the grinding machine, and weighs the belt and calculates the amount of the ore after the weighing. This method is large and inconvenient.

Concentrate metering is to install the automatic weighing on the unloading belt of the filter, or to install the automatic measuring device in the unloading belt of the concentrate belt for metering. If the factory concentrate is transported by car or train, it can be measured by the ground balance or railway scale. .

Second, the determination of pulp concentration

The concentration of pulp is one of the important factors affecting the beneficiation index. It affects the productivity of the mill, the efficiency of the grinding technology, the classification efficiency, the separation of the particle size; the flotation speed, the flotation time and the dosage of the agent during the flotation process; It affects the productivity of thickeners and filters.

There are many methods for determining the concentration of pulp. At present, most of the concentrating plants use concentration pots, which will gradually be replaced by automatic testing instruments. The formula for determining the concentration of pulp using a concentration pot is as follows:

The density of the ore is known. The tare weight and volume of the concentration pot can be measured in advance. When the concentration of the pot is filled with the slurry, the density of the slurry can be calculated. Substituting the formula can determine the concentration of the slurry.

In the actual application, a table can be made by using the above formula. The method is to take the ore density δ of the factory as a known number, and then artificially give a pulp density and calculate the corresponding pulp concentration P. If a lot of pulp density values ​​with small spacing are continuously given, a series of corresponding pulp concentrations can be calculated, and the corresponding values ​​are listed as a table, which becomes the concentration table used by the factory. With this watch, as long as the weight of the pot filled with the slurry is weighed, the corresponding pulp concentration can be found on the meter.

Third, the determination of grinding fineness

Grinding fineness is expressed as a percentage ratio of -200 mesh content. The determined fineness of grinding is the best fineness corresponding to the best selection index through experimental research. In production, the grinding operator must be strictly controlled and must be continuously measured. There are many methods for determination, which are generally carried out in a graded overflow sampling sieve. Only one rapid screening method is introduced here:

Fourth, the chemical composition of the inspection

The content of useful components and impurities in the ore and other products in the concentrator are determined by chemical analysis. V. Determination of the amount of administration
