At the same time, the vehicle computer terminal is installed on the forklift, the RFID reading and writing device is connected, the information of the front-end system and the back-end system is transmitted through the wireless local area network, and the data exchange and update is realized, and the system locates the forklift position in real time, and conveniently dispatches the forklift.

2.1 System composition

Hardware system: RFID tags, readers, antennas, on-board computer terminals, and wireless LAN devices, application servers;
Software system: database and process packages such as warehousing, inventory, forklift positioning/scheduling;
Middleware system: It is the operation support platform of the whole system, with functions of data collection, filtering, sorting, encapsulation and forwarding.

2.2 Main hardware device functions

RFID tag: A logistics information carrier for storing information about packaging boxes, pallets, etc.
Fixed reader: The data acquisition device of the tag is used to collect the data information inside the electronic tag and transmit the read tray information to the upper system for corresponding processing.


Handheld Reader: Reads label and barcode information for manual stacking. First, the tray information is read, and the barcode information on each cigarette of the stack is read one by one, and the information is uploaded to the background system for association in the database.
